THE ENGINE CLEAN OIL TOOL

COMPLETE OIL CHANGE
OILTOOLBMW

No qualified service technician would knowingly add one quart of used oil and 4 ounces of sludge to an engine.

During a normal oil change, up to 1 quart of used oil -- highly contaminated oil -- remains in an engine.

When new oil is poured into an engine, it is degraded as it is mixed with contaminants and sludge left in the engine. This is why your engine oil looks dirty within a few miles of an oil change.

Engine Clean's US Patents #6,263,889 & 6298,947, detail the technology and procedures used to eliminate oil carry over.

Thanks to this technical breakthrough, for the first time you can really change your oil!

NO OIL CARRY OVER
OILCARRYOVER

Today's high-performance, low emissions engines, with clearances between the moving parts measured in thousands of an inch, depend on clean oil for their best performance and long life.

Engine contaminants block the flow of lubricant through the oil galleys, clog the filter and oil pickup screen, and decrease the flow of engine oil. Engine contaminants includes thousands of particles which increase engine friction and robs your engine of performance and life.

Regular oil and filter changes remove most of these contaminants--but not all. During a normal oil change, up to 1 quart of used oil--highly contaminated oil--remains in the engine. Oil carry over is the primary source of particulates in engine oil.

Particulates are abrasive grinding materials that increase internal friction and wear. Abrasive engine wear can be reduced significantly by reducing particulates in engine oil. By reducing internal engine friction, fuel economy is improved and emissions are reduced.

Improved oil cleanliness enables vehicle owners to engine their oil drain intervals. The real pay off from removing engine contamination is the enormous reduction in wear rate and time between engine repairs.

If your customers are searching for ways to reduce operating costs and enhance engine performance the OIL TOOL should be part of their normal oil change procedure.

HOW IT WORKS
oil adapters

During an oil service, the old oil filter is removed and the engine oil is drained. The OIL TOOL is then connected to the oil filter housing with a spin on adapter. Air is injected into the oil galleys and the old oil is flushed from the engine.

To prevent dry starts, a quart of new oil is poured into the OIL TOOL canister and it is air injected into the oil galleys. A new filter is installed and the engine is filled to the proper level.

ENGINE PRE-CLEANING

Pour 32 oz. of Engine Clean EFX - 601 into the oil system prior to the oil change. While the engine is idling, EFX - 601 is circulated thorough the engine's lubrication system. Carbon, Varnish and Sludge will be removed from engine surfaces and drained with the engine oil. EFX-601 restores engine compression and performance by removing varnish from pistons and carbon from of the top ring grooves.
