DIESEL GROWTH
Diesel Forecast

The US Diesel Population has increased 80% over the past five years. It is forecast to increase by 200% over the next five years.

Today’s diesel engines offer many advantages over gasoline engines. They are 30% more fuel efficient, 25% lower in CO2 emissions, and provide 50% more torque for power and acceleration.

Diesel engines operate differently than their gasoline counterparts and require regular fuel and oil system maintenance to perform properly due to the unrefined properties of diesel fuel.

There is more cylinder blow-by in diesel engines. As a result, there is more raw fuel in the diesel lubricating system. Raw fuel dilutes engine oil and affects engine oil lubricity.

The combustion of diesel fuels also generates soot. Soot accumulates on the piston rings and is deposited on cylinder walls. The soot is then scraped off by the rings and is deposited in the engine oil which creates sludge.

A simple oil change will not remove sludge from the pan, galleys, and/or all wetted surfaces in the engine's lubrication system.

ENGINE CLEAN DIESEL SERVICES
D-1600

Proper maintenance of the fuel and lubrication systems is a must for diesel engines.

Engine Clean manufactures patented diesel fuel system and dynamic oil system cleaning machines.

A complete set of adapters is included with both machines. Our proprietary D-501 and EFX-601 cleaning solutions are available in quart or gallon containers.

Our D-1000 Diesel Fuel System Service restores engine performance by removing dirt, carbon deposits, gums and varnishes from the engine fuel system.

The D-1000 cleans the entire fuel and combustion system including the fuel lines, injector pump, injectors and combustion chambers without having to remove engine components. This service, used with our D-501 cleaning solution, helps restore engine throttle response, improves fuel economy, and reduces exhaust emissions.

Our D-1600 Diesel Oil System Service restores engine compression and performance by removing combustion by-products, sludge, and wear materials that accumulate on all wetted surfaces in the engine’s lubrication system. Our EFX-601 will also dissolve and clean ring grove deposits that rob the engine of compression and power.

The D-1600 will also remove engine sludge that reduces oil flow, lubrication and increases engine friction and heat.

Both machines help control fleet maintenance costs when incorporated into a programmed maintenance schedule.
